Not allow to create user account!

Hi there,

I has 1 and only 1 DC.

Recently 1 user account have missing (I don't know why?)!
I search the entire domain (the top level) and I can't
find it. (I sure I search the entire domain - so please
don't ask me to search again!).

So I try to recreate the user account with the same CN
name again but I receive error message say that the user
name exist already.

Any idea? (except that ask me to search again - I say
again I search the entire domain, ou, user and any where)

What happens when you open a CMD prompt and type:

net user "TheMissingUserName" /domain

If it does not display the user, the account has been deleted.
