Not all wrapped text in an Excell cell is printed. Why not?

In the Print Preview it already shows that text is being cut off and only
part of the cell is shows/printed. I am wondering whether it is an Excell
problem or a printing problem?
Many thanks.

How much text are you talking about? There is a limit of what can be
displayed. Look in help for Excel Specifications and Limits.

Hi Damon,
The text is 425 characters long, which is more than 255, I know. But, if you
pull down the bottom line of the cell to quite far below the text (instead of
AutoFit), all the text plus a white area show up in the Print Preview and it
prints out OK too.... That puzzles me!

If you see all the text in the cell in the worksheet, I'd guess it was a
printing problem.

If you don't see all the text in the cell, then you can add alt-enters every
80-100 characters to see more than the documented 1024 characters.

If you still can't see all the characters (in the cell on on the paper), maybe a
smaller font would help.

I always recommend using a Text Box to display more than 255 characters
when needing to make a printout. These will print just fine, can be
sized to fit within the data layout, etc.

Good Luck
