not able to uninstall program/s

I'm the administrator, but I'm not able to unistall program and got a message
os not having sufficient permission.

How are you attempting to uninstall the program?

Is there an entry in the start menu to uninstall the program? If so, try
right-clicking it and clicking run as administrator.
