Not able to send emails with attachements

I am using Microsoft Outlook 2003

The last 2 days I have tried to send an email thru Outlook and I am unable
to send any emails with attachements, including Word documents. I am able to
receive emails and send emails without attachements. I have a wireless
internet connections

Any suggestions.
 
No, there are not any error messages. They just do not send, they remain in
my outbox until I disconect the internet and delete the message. The send
receive just seems to get stuck.
