Not able to send email

I am able to receive email but am getting the following error message when I
go to send: Subject 'Fw: True Friendship', Account:
'incoming.verizon.net', Server: 'outgoing.verizon.net', Protocol: SMTP,
Server Response: '250 SIZE 20971520', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): Yes, Server
Error: 250, Error Number: 0x800CCC7D

Sounds like you tried to send a very large message, go to your outbox and
move out the large message to your Drafts folder, then try to send a mail.
 
You are getting that error message because your mail server does not
support one of the options you have selected.
Go to Tools, Accounts, select that account, Properties, Advanced,
then uncheck the SSL option.
