Not able to copy to CD

I have been trying to copy pictures & word documents to a CD and it tells me
that I do not have access???? I am the Administer.

Can someone help me with this problem?

Use your included CD burning software. I don't recommend drag & drop/packet
writing - it usually yields a useless CD if you try to read it on another
computer.
 
Also, check the sharing settings for the drive. You may have some weird
settings on it. You may want to try removing the drive from the
Device Manager and reboot. See if that resets the permissions.
