Not able to connect mapped drive?

Does anyone have any suggestions on what possible cause could it be for not
able to connect mapped drive for a period? after that it will be ok problem
for connection without fixing anything. I find the network connection is not
stable, but I get no idea on what cause the problem, all hardwares connection
is find.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

In windows explorer,open a folder,tools,select "map network drive"

Thank you very much for suggestions
I know how to map a drive, but I get no idea on what cause the problem on
network's stability, all hardwares connection is fine.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
