Not a valid Window image

my moms computer is unable to log onto AOL because of a
message that says The application or DLL C:\Program
Files\Common Files\AOL\ACS\US\ACSUI.DLL is not a valid
Windows image. Please check against your installation
disk. the company that installed her Windows XP program
want about $55 an hour to fix it, is there anything I can
do through command prompt, safe mode, or something.
 
Sounds like that DLL got corrupted. Maybe reinstalling AOL would help.
