Not a valid Win32 Application

Cheery

Please advise. When i click on the "My computer, my
picture menu from the start menu, the Pop up Error
message will always appear stating that "(null) is not a
valid Win32 Application"

How can I resolve this problem
 
1) Have you installed any new software lately ?
2) Have you tried System Restore ? (See Help & Support on
the Start Menu)
