Not a valid date

When ever I open up a new window of Internet explorer I
get a popup that says iexplore "Not a valid date". Why am
I getting this?

I just started getting the same thing as well. The
message I get is actually - " is not a valid date. I'll
be eager to see an answer and how to fix it!
