Does anyone now why this pops up every time I try to open
internet explorer?
It also pops up when I try the run command.
Two titles so far iexplorer and explorer with the same "is
not a valid date.
Someone please help.

I had this problem on my computer.
It was caused by c:\windows\system32\cpr.dll
The remedy was to uninstall CPR from add/remove programs
