Norwegian alphabet

anyone know where to find the 3 extra letters in the Norwegian alphabet on
the keyboard? i have selected Norwegian as the language but still need the
extra letters.

ways to insert special characters; if you will be typing in Norwegian
routinely, however, you would be best advised to enable an international
keyboard layout.
