Norton System Doctor error message

I use WIN XP Home and recently installed Windows Live One Care and MS
Internet Explorer Beta 2. Norton Antivirus was uninstalled by Live One Care
but I kept the rest of Norton System Works. Now when I run Norton System
Doctor I get 10 error messages that the program can't fix. An example is:
Missing File: "C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\AppLaunch.exe"
"C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\AppLaunch.exe'cannot access a
necessary file, "msvcr80.dll."
The other 9 are similar and all refer to msvcr80.dll as not being
accessible. But that file is present in my PC in a folder with a very long
name that starts with
C:\WINDOWS\WinSxS\x86 etc.
How can I make this file accessible?

Copy that file to the \windows\system32\ directory and run Win Doctor again.
