For Norton, it requires someone to logon if the CD is setup as unmanaged for

For Corporate version of Norton av and Symantec av, there is unsupported
tools vpscan you can use to schedule to run under systems or administrator
ID to scan.
Don't know if similar tool is avail for non corporate version of Norton. If
not, you can always work around by scheduling a dummy task to logon for the
desired duration of scan under administrator and have the full scan
scheduled under administrator during the time instead of your other
schedule.
what dummy task? it can be a simple script that start up sleeps for the
desired duration and then log off or shutdown as desired
