I upgrade from windows ME to XP but now I can't install
Norton Antivirus in my computer. What can I do?

Did you completely remove your former antivirus program prior
to upgrading to Windows XP? What error messages are you seeing
when attempting to install Norton Antivirus? What version do you
have?
