Norton Anti-Virus update aborted

When running Live Update, I get this message at the end:
The following updates have been aborted:

Norton AntiVirus Virus Definitions has 1 aborted update(s).

Reason:
LU1848: Couldn't create callback object.

I can't find any help on the Symantec site. Any ideas?
