Imy Norton update service is about to come to an end for the year, so i went
on to their website found where to buy another years update for both
products. But when I go to buy the products it says that my shopping basket
is empty and my cookies need to be enabled (which they are when i go into my
IE tools) and it then sends me back to the product page and shows the product
I have seleceted.

Any help guys PLs

Ps. I brought the updates last year before they ran out for that year and
there website offers no help on this

If your Norton product(s) are two years old or older consider this.
A renewal is $29.95, but a Upgrade to their latest version is only
~$10.00 more. While I'm a little reluctant to keep promoting Nav
& Nis, it still for the most part is a good choice. The best value for
the money is Norton Internet Security 2005 (Nav, Nis, Spam, etc).
Visit the Symantec Upgrade Center (Digital River) and check the
prices.

I generally recommend that Symantec/Norton users buy a yearly
subscription on their 2nd year and upgrade the next. For example
the changes between Nis 2004/2005 isn't that great, except for
additional Worm detection and automatic Firewall re-enabling.
