Norton and dual boot

I've used Norton/Symantec software for years, and now they
are telling me that it is illegal (per their License Agreement) for
me to install the same Norton System Works software on both
hard drives, or in both Operating Systems, on this same
computer. Their new 2004 version has an 'activation code'
that is required for each installation, and I'm having trouble
getting intelligible answers from them, as to what will happen
when I install it on my Slave hard drive. Their License Agreement
talks about 'only one computer', and I have only one computer,
but it appears to be open for interpretation, as to whether two
Operating Systems with one motherboard and power supply
can be classified as 'one computer'.

NSW 2004 has only recently come out, so maybe I'm the first
to report this, but I'd welcome comments and advice.

It's their product. They can license as they see fit.

You probably can't get intelligible answers from them becuase the folks
on the support line only know what they've been told.

Have you tried it? Does it work? If not, then guess their "activation
code" is working to enforce their license.

Your options are to:
1. make it work
2. use a competitor's which allows you to use truly on a same computer
