What exactly are you looking for?

If you want to see how the tables are related, look at the Relationship
window. You can get to it under the Tools menu option.

I've not seen such a document.

Realistically, there's lots than can be done better in Northwind!

that there's a "Tour of Northwind Traders" available, but I was unable to
locate it.

but beside Your link there is no other source for "Tour of Northwind
Traders" (Google, Altavista,Msdn,..)
