Nortel Contivity VPN sfotware on XP embedded

Hi,

I am trying to install Nortel Contivity VPN software on the XP
embedded image and wondering if it is possible to run VPN software on
XPE. I looked into the event viewer and everytime i run the Contivity
software i get the same warning : "The server could not bind to
transport \device\NETbt_tcpip..." and the eventID is 2504.

I tried to add the NETBIO over TCPIP component to the image but I
don't see it in the target designer. Is there an add-on package I
needed to install to the development station? Any suggestion is
greatly appericated.

Components are:
Netbios Driver , [Visibility=200]
NetBIOS Interface, [Visibility=1000]
Netbios over TCP/IP, [Visibility=200]
