I have MS Office 2000. Wehn i tried to close a document it started giving
message about saving normal.dot and got into a loop, etc, I ended up with a
lot of copies of normal.dot. I went online and found solutions offered. I
deleted all the normal.dot's. Now i can't open my word docs if the file name
is too long. If i shorten the name, it'll open. For documents that already
have a short enough name, if I change the name even to another short name, it
doesn't open. HOw can i fix this? Thank you.
