I'm learning access and got a real noob question, please do not think i'm
stupid, i just wan to learn....

Here e question. Let say i got two form/table, 1 is project (ID, start-date,
budget etc) and 1 is employee (IS, name, address, etc). I make, using wizard
employee as the main form and project as a sub form in datasheet layout

So now if i wan to edit or key-in new project record, i'm entering info in
the subform (project) just like i did in table. Is this normal? Is the
datasheet layout more for looking at related item, not for edit/adding?

Cos in the wizard, there's another option call tabular, which layment my
subform in form format rather than table, but i dont wan becos it's hard to
look at all the record in one screen.

Thank in advance

It's normal. A subform, regardless of whether it is a datasheet, continuous
(tabular), or single style can be used for editing/adding.
