nonlinear regression

Hi I am trying to graph a michaelis-menten plot in Excel 2003. I'm having one
heck of a time trying to figure out how to put a curve of best fit through
the data. It should be similar to a square hyperbola when everything is said
and done. I don't want to have to download some other program like Sigma Plot
or something so if someone knows how to graph this michaelis-menten type
curve it would be greatly appreciated

The comments about Solver are a bit outdated but the method is basically
