Non Web-Site Projects with User Controls

Alright, I've been struggling with this in Whidbey. I want to build an
expandable framework like DotNetNuke where you can have external assemblies
referenced by their own controls, but everytime I try to build a class
library with a user control, it fails... Anyone able to offer any assitance
as to build a pluggable framework in ASP.NET 2.0? I've been trying for
about a week now but keep running into problems.

That was last quarter's developer community seminar presentation. Go to
www.microsoft.com/dcc , find your local rep and email them for the
presentation on building custom controls.
