Hi Guys,
Wud u kindly help me to get rid of this problem,i got this error
while sending msg from ms Outlook , i have a pop account.well the interesting
thing is that in the setting when i disbled the smtp aoutgoing authentication
settings, its seems to be work fine( but still didnt send email but it looks
as it has sent the email), but when i enbale this it shows me error message
of none of authentication bala bla,bla.
I will realy appreciate u r advice.

Who is your Service Provider, the folks you get your Internet service from?
They should have specific instructions for the settings you're working with.
