Vote from me :) You've made a massive contribution here!

Once the vote count gets up to 10, and all of the current mods have voted, I shall use the power invested in me ;)

OK, I'll be honest about this, I had to think before making a decision cos he be a bit young.

But then I thought 'Flops, don't be an ageist, aging, old git' :D

Age really don't mean squat, I've met some 15-year-olds with more sense than some 50-year-olds.

So, for this reason:

With pleasure I vote YES to Chris being the super mod.

One condition: He should not compete with me for post count, I will always be huffing and puffing trying to catch up:D:D:D

By the way, thanks for all your nice comments guys. Really kind of you. So when do we get the poll going for a woman moderator as previously suggested in another thread?

good grief christopher, one thing at a time eh? afore we know it there'll be more mods than regular members ;)

but yeah, lady mods work well from what I've seen at other forums, can sometimes sooth savage male brow where other methods may not....

Dear folks

Before anyone even thinks of this (I am sure you won't anyway) I am not in the slightest bit even, ever, remotely able to undertake such a daunting task. But...it might be nice to have some female input somewhere in something or other (but I'm not sure what). Come on female technis - where are u all?

Dear Chris

I nominated you because like the other guys you appear to know yr stuff and are keen and always able to offer adice to people on a range of issues which is lovely. I wish you lots of luck in whatever lies ahead for you because you have some lovely qualities and I feel will go very far. I do not wish to appear ageist but your breadth of knowledge, command of being able to convey the issues is extremely impressive in someone your age. I feel qualified to say this as I have x 2 children who are only just a bit younger than you. You will go far, no doubt about that!

Gabriella - there is nothing technical as such about being a moderator - i think all you do is delete swear words and commercial adds and clean up messed up posts etc etc etc...

your comments about me were really nice - thankyou very much

Oi. Steady. Now, the boy, he know a thing or two, but you keep telling him stuff like that his head gonna get so big it will break a window :D

A little decorum here please old chap, we're British dontcha know and we are, by nature, reserved.

You know, where we only ever give praise begrudgingly and with a typically British air of reservation. Stiff upper lip, what?

Oh, cobblers to that, we need two more votes, somebody help a poor boy out here, get voting :D

You do realise, he'll get keys to the executive karzi?

Oh, alright, one more vote.

Is this how one raises one's post count, with an extra post rather than an edit?

A Certain party - take note ;)

LOL thanks for that Flops...though i'm not at all big headed, tis just not my nature. I'm a fairly quiet chappy and a deep thinker too. I just think about my ambition - becoming a commercial airline pilot and keep myself to myself really. Kind of not your average kid but hey...

we're British dontcha know and we are, by nature, reserved.
Thats me.

get voting :D
just one more!
