Node type Peer to Peer and System Error 53

I'm having difficulty in getting file and printer sharing going on two
computers that are connected via a Belkin wireless router. Both computers
are running on XP Home Edition. By looking at other questions here I found
the information about removing DhcpNodeType. I've done that on both
computers and when I run ipconfig/all one of the computers shows node type
unknown but the other one still shows peer to peer. Also, right after I did
this file and printer sharing worked for a little while.

George,

Node Type "Peer-Peer" is indeed a problem. Do you have a WINS server
configured?

Chuck,

No I don't. All I have is a simple little two computer network. On one of
the computers If I run regedit it doesn't show DhcpNodeType yet when I do an
ipconfig it shows a node type of peer to peer. The other one doesn't show
DhcpNodeType either and it shows node type unknown.

Chuck,

It's functioning properly now that I have both computers set up for node
type broadast.

Thanks for you assistance.

Thanks for the feedback, George. Glad it's working.
