NOD32 RENEWAL

I had a NOD32 licence for a year but I let it go because I was not
using the Internet much for a few months. I tried to renew today
because I am getting a lot of viruses but the Australian agent told
me no renewal discount because my licence was expired 6 months
ago and I will have to buy a new one and pay the full price. Is that
legal?

Legal? If they don't have terms and conditions that state otherwise, then
they are free to dictate how they'll handle renewals. FYI, most companies
require that you renew any license within 30 days.

You got 30 days to renew it once the expiration date has been hit. You'll
pay the full price if you let the renewal period pass.
