NOD32 and Win32/Adware.NdotNet.A, help!

Hello, when I scan my PC, NOD32 tell me that
"Application Win32/Adware.NdotNet.A found in operating memory. NOD32
cannot clean this infiltration. No action can be taken on a memory
infiltration". Is it a bad virus?
What can I do please?
