No WebControls.dll after running Web Controls install

Hi:

I just installed Web Controls. After running the Build.bat file, my Build
folder is created with Runtime directory containing supporting files, but no
Microsoft.Web.UI.WebControls.dll is created. Where is it, any ideas?

Oliver:

I did a search on entire machine for WebControls.dll and no such file
exists. What is the GAC?
