No user listed on Welcome Screen!

I had to repair an installation of XP because of a
corrupted file. When it boots, there is NO USER listed on
the welcome screen. In other words, I cannot log in
because my account does not show up. What can I do?
 
During the XP boot up, press F8 to go to the advanced options for booting.
Choose Safe Mode. You will have 'Administrator' listed in the login screen.
Log in as the Administrator and create new users...

Hope this helps. Anyway, you can always get back here if it doesn't.
