No Trustfile.ppe after worm & trojan horse cleanup

When I try to open up explorer I get:

Error, no Trustfile.ppe found

I have just cleared I-worm/plexus.b and
Backdoor.dumador.AH from the computer.

Please let me know how I can restore the Trustfile.ppe. I
had to delete SVCHOST.exe and reinstall Win2000 over the
top to restore it.
