Some more information would "help" us...like Outlook version, what type of
e-mail accounts you're using, if you're connecting to Exchange server, etc.

sorry jocelyn....I am using Outlook 200 with SP-3. I am just using it for
personal email, not business. not sure about an exchange server...I don't
think so. we do have a wireless network set up in the house, and have a cable
connection (with Comcast). hope this helps a little.
