'no tiltle' program always opened

Hi,
I recently did some cleaning in my PC, because of some errors (changing IE
start page, spywares...) : scanning with resident antivirus, anti-spywares,
cleaning, defrag...OK.
BUT, even if all is becoming better, it stays a 'no title' program that I
don't succeed to isolate, as invisible in Ctrl-Alt-Del, and who resists to
be automatically shut by XP in Start/stop/stop.
Any idea to help me to fix it ?

See if you can find it in Msconfig.

Avast! has an option to do a boot scan. That finds and deletes malware
before it can get control of the situation.
