Hello, Please excuse me for I don't use FP often enough to be sure of this
but I could bet that when I went to "insert picture" before and scrolled
through my jpgs that I was able to get "thumbnail" view. Now all I have is
details, preview, large icon, small icon. If I go to windows explorer alone I
can have any view including thumbnail. Is there something suddenly wrong
with my Front Page program (FP2002) thanks, Catt

After you click on Insert Image, and the box opens showing you your files..what happens when you click select one of the image files? Don't you get the preview?

Warning
If you have Windows Explorer set to cache thumbnails, it will create a thumbs.db in any folder you view as thumbnails (set in Tools
Folder Options View - turn it off)
- You will usually get an error on most servers if you try to publish a FP web that has a thumbs.db in it (illegal file type)
If you have any in your FP web, delete them

Hi, I get the preview but I thought I got 'thumbnails' before I installed
SP2. It seemed that when I opened a folder that all the pictures showed up as
thumbnails just like it does in Windows Explorer. That way I could quickly
scan a big folder. The "thumbnail" choice is grayed out now should it be that
way in FP2002?
Thanks

I've never thumbnails in FP.
