No text in body of message

Ok I have a problem with a user receiving emails without text in the body. I
have tried to repair, reinstall, and change how the email is viewed as far as
html, rtf, plain text and I still cannot see the message. The weirdest thing
is if I forward the message the text suddenly appears. This problem is
limited to this one user. We are using Exchange 2003 SP1 and Outlook 2003
SP2. I cannot find anything like this on the web. The configuration is the
same as everyone else's as it is controlled via Group Policy. Any help would
be great.... thanks!!
 
I feel crazy doing this but I figured it out.
Tools --> Options --> Preferences Tab --> E-mail Options button --> Check
Read all standard mail in plain text....

The text in the message appeared....
