It's hard to say with so little information about your system. What
programs? Did they ever start? If so, what changed? Go here for help in

That will give you an idea of the sort of details you should include so
people can help you.
In the meantime, a few things to check out:
1. What programs? Perhaps they rely on some process that isn't starting.
2. What is the virus/malware status of the computer? Be sure it is

3. Do the programs start OK in other accounts or only in the one?
4. Are there any clues in Event Viewer? Start>Run>eventvwr.msc [enter]
