No Sound in WinXP Pro.

Hi there,

Go to Run and type services.msc. Then, look for Windows
Audio and make sure it is started and set it to automatic.

automatic. I'm considering re-formating in a little

Thanks again. The sound card is showing up there OK, and
also when I run Belarc. This one's really killing me.

Make sure you have speakers selected and not earphones.
