Snipp doesn't exist under accessories, and doesn't find with searches.
What I make wrong, or is not it contained in all Ultimate versions?

Yes it is contained in Vista Ultimate; it should be available if you type
'snip' (without the quotes) in the search box of the start menu. If not then
check here: Windows\system32\SnippingTool.exe

Open Control Panel > Programs and Features > under Task > click 'Turn
Windows Features on or off' > link from the list available then from the
list of options > under Tablet, make sure that Snipping Tool is checked. If
it is already checked, uncheck and check it again > Click OK.

Hi Dave,
thank you for the fast answer.
No there is NO to find Snipping Tool exe .
But I have installed XP Pro and Vista on one hard disk.
With the start also all restoration points of Vista will deleted.

Excuse my restricted knowledge of the English language.

I didn't know about this handy little tool so glad this question came up.
Found it easily on this Home Premium. Works great but a quick question, any
way to add text from the keyboard, or maybe save it and edit with another
program.

You mean edit what you snip? Any image editing program should do, provided
you save it in a valid image format, like jpg.
