No Send or Recieve Button

I am lost.. I can not find the send or receive button neither in the outlook
or on the email message.. I have 3 email accounts configured so that should
not be the problem.. If I use F9 i can send and receive.

Please tell me whats up with this.. oK

Are you only missing teh send/receive buttons or has the entire standard
toolbar taken a vacation? If the entire toolbar, then try this:
Point to any area of the menu or tool bar that is vacant, right click
If Standard is not checked, click to turn that toolbar back on!
