No screen when I open IE 6.0

Sometimes when I open IE 6.0 I get the blue bar at the
top of my screen but I do not get any web page. I only
get a web page if I click on the maximize button or press
F11 to go to full screen. This just started recently and
I have no idea why. Can anyone help me? Thanks.
