No safe mode option on F8 boot menu

Hi there,

I cannot get into Windows, and what I remembered as my normal boot menu
for starting in safe mode ,just a menu for changing the boot order of
devices (CD-Rom etc.)

I know how to fix the problem (I have created for myself), but I do not
know how to get into safe mode without the normal boot menu, or being
able to get into Windows.

Any help would be enormously appreciated!
