No response to Wizard questions

I can NOT figure out why any of my wizards won't work. I've thoroughly
searched this discussion group and the internet in general, but still no
help. It seems that this group avoids any questions that are related to
disabled wizards. Go ahead...search "wizards" in any topic and see what I
mean.
Of course, the "control wizards" button is selected in the toolbox. I don't
get any error messages when I try to run a wizard. Nothing happens...at all.
The database is not corrupted because I can run it on a different computer
and all of the wizards work fine. I've intalled the latest Jet Engine and
totally uninstalled and reinstalled Office 2003. Still nothing.
Any help WHATSOEVER would be greatly appreicated! Maybe there's a
Tools/Option thing that I'm not seeing. Can anyone suggest a website or
email address or contact number for someone that might me able to resolve
this?
Thank you!

Hi.

Really? We answer as many questions as we can. Check the 82 threads I
found here:

For a longer history of Q & A, check the 846 threads here:

The only reference to a problem that matches your description exactly
that I can find in the KnowledgeBase is for Access 2000:

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;242218

The Access 2003 reports I've seen all imply that installing the latest
Jet service pack should fix the problem, but you say you've done that.
The A2000 article I've referenced above suggests that the wizard files
acwzmain.mde and acwztool.mde may not have been installed and must be
copied from the CD. Unfortunately, I don't have Access 2003 installed,
so I can't verify that these files have the same names for the 2003
version, but it could well be that, if you follow a similar procedure
(making allowances for possible differences between Access versions),
you might solve your problem. I'm afraid this is all speculation on my
part, though.
