NO REPLY FUNCTION

I am able to send a new email. If I have to reply to an email and then hit
send. It doesnt send.
What settings do I have wrong??
 
Im using Outlook 2007. I have figured it out. There are 2 sets of mail
folders. Favorite and Mail Folders. I was sending from Mail Folders and I
should have been sending from Favorite..VERY CONFUSING
