No Power Management tab for my USB mouse and keyboard???

I can not enable my USB keyboard or mouse to wake my PC up from
standby because I'm missing the Power Management tab for these devices
in Device Manager. I have Windows 2000 installed on the same box and
the Power Management tab is there and USB wake up works perfectly.

What's different about XP?
