My picture doesn't display on the start menu. However, it does show when I
go to User Accounts (Control Panel). Anyone know what causes this? How to
fix it?

Hi OldManEd,

You have to be using the Windows XP theme in Display Properties in order for
the picture to be displayed on the Start menu.

The Welcome Screen must be enabled in the User Accounts for the User picture
on the Start Menu.
Control Panel > User Accounts > Change the way users log on or off. Ensure
the "Use the Welcome Screen" is enabled.

You cannot use the Classic start menu.
Control Panel > Taskbar and Start Menu > Start Menu tab. Ensure "Start Menu"
is selected, not "Classic Start Menu.

The Theme service must be running.
Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services > Themes. Set to Automatic
and start the theme service.

You cannot use the Windows Classic Theme.
Control Panel > Display Properties > Theme Tab. Select your desired theme
other than Windows Classic.

Thanks, both of your advices worked.
