somebody tell me where to get audio drivers for my computer

You'll need to know the manufacturer of the soundcard. Then you can search for
the latest drivers on their site. If you can't determine the manufacturer of
your card by looking in the device manager, try Belarc Advisor.

"The Belarc Advisor builds a detailed profile of your installed software and
hardware, including Microsoft Hotfixes, and displays the results in your Web
browser. All of your PC profile information is kept private on your PC and is
not sent to any web server."

Get it FREE at http://belarc.com/free_download.html

That Belarc Advisor is a handy little tool but it has its limitations. We
re-installed Windows on my sister's computer recently and used Belarc to
identify its sound and video cards so that we could find the right
drivers. It identified her onboard video adapter but couldn't see its
sound card at all. But it *did* correctly identify the make and model of
her little Aptiva, which allowed me to do a Google search to identify its
original equipment sound card and track down the appropriate drivers.

Ian.

Are you trying to re-install from the CD or from the internet ? If the
former, then try the latter. Go for the autmatic update on the Creative
website, it will install a small ActiveX file that won't harm your PC. Then
download etc.

Cheers,
Jerry

why dont you uninstall your driver u should have an icon on bottom left
screen which will allow to remove hardware then find your driver and will
also reinstall it or try under conrol panel and under help and support will
allow to ask questions
