I know what I did wrong but cannot get to the root
directory to rename files that I thought would bypass the
loading of a wrong driver. The files I renamed are:
WINNT/Logi_MWX.Exe
WINNT/Sys32/LCoInst.dll
WINNT/Drivers/L8042pr2.sys
WINNT/Drivers/LMouflt2.sys
WINNT/Drivers/L8042prt.sys
The outcome of my stupidity is that the system boots to
the login scrren for administrator or users but the mouse
and keyboard are non-responsive.
I restarted in Safe Mode but same non-responsive
situation with mouse and keyboard.
I then restarted with safe mode restore last successfull
login and encountered the same situation.
I tried safe mode and c prompt but same result.
Anybody out there that has a suggestion, please help!
Thanks,
Evan
