No more automatic Send/Receive upon opening.

I had to reinstall my Windows XP operating system, after which I reinstalled
Outlook from my Office 2003 disk. However when I now open Outlook,
Send/Receive does not automatically start anymore.
My Send/Receive settings all seem ok - and Send/Receive is working ok when I
click on it too. (Just not "automatically" upon opening anymore?)
Any help most welcome.

I've just checked out

Went through them all and it was "No 5" that solved the problem.
My mail account settings were obviously corrupt, so from Tools I deleted and
reset my mail accounts. Solved the problem, works now, thanks!
