No keyboard and No mouse - HELP

A

....i have no clue what finally was the cause of this, but
I have managed to corrupt both drivers, trackball and
keyboard.

The keyboard works when in BIOS or MSDOS - until you load
windows. I know the Kensington track ball works - tested
it on another pc...and it all worked fine just earlier
today...for months.

I didnt image the drive/done any back up for a couple of
months.

To make things worse, i tried to use the REPAIR option
from the install disk - but before it gets to
reinstalling keyboard or mouse drivers, it halts on a
unsigned driver for my video card...but, i can't click
the box to continue or stop...all i can do is hit the
power switch and try something else...

and after 2 hrs, i figured i share this with you - before
i give in and do a clean re-install...unless some1 out
dere has some tips how to fix this?
